Therefore, as in the previous case, on an exceptional basis, on justified grounds and upon reasoned request to the State Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), some of the above operational limitations may be suspended. They will therefore be subject to the specific requirements laid down in Article 8.1 of the Order of 24 April 1986 regulating ultralight flight, as amended (in Chapters II and III) by the Second Final Provision of Royal Decree 1070/2015 of 27 November 2015 approving the technical safety standards for restricted-use aerodromes.
